30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most unused, undamaged products. Items must be in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

Eligibility Guidelines

To keep your return process seamless, please note:

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.

  • Opened or installed units may require an inspection and restocking fee (typically 15–25% depending on manufacturer).

  • Custom, built-to-order, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be approved before sending any product back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error. We’re happy to help you arrange safe, insured shipping when needed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the packaging and product so we can speed up the replacement process.

  • We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Your peace of mind is our priority.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees, white-glove delivery fees, and restocking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours at no charge.
After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to manufacturer processing fees.
